This Propeller Pop-Up will center around a facilitated discussion led by Nick Rimsa on "Making Time to Strategize Your Business for the Long-Term: Working ON Your Business While Working IN Your Business."

This session is designed to help you find effective ways to balance daily operations with strategic planning to drive your business forward.

Who’s Invited? Anyone who has completed Propeller I, II, or III.

• Reflect on your current challenges and opportunities for working ON your business while managing the day-to-day tasks.

What will we do?

• Participate in a facilitated discussion with Nick Rimsa focused on effective strategies for balancing operational tasks with long-term planning.

• Share and learn from the experiences of fellow alumnae in the context of the discussion.

• Explore upcoming opportunities for further growth. We’ll also share some exciting Propeller stats about our achievements and future plans.
