Join us for an information session covering Maine’s new mandatory retirement savings program, MERIT.

Our session will be specifically tailored to small businesses trying to navigate these new state laws. For MERIT businesses with 5 or more employees must be registered in 2025, so now is the best time to learn about this program.

We will answer important questions that pertain to small business owners:

  • What is MERIT?
  • Do I have to register my business?
  • What do I have to do to comply?
  • How can I be exempt?
  • What does this mean for my business and my employees?

The information session will also include a Q&A, in which you will have a chance to ask your questions about MERIT.
